Job Description – Membership Chair

MEMBERSHIP CHAIR

The Membership Chair shall:

  1. Attend regular member meetings of the LLA and the Board of Directors;
  2. Ensure the collection of annual dues;
  3. Actively facilitate communication with the membership;
  4. Prepare monthly reports to the Board on membership applications and resignations.
  5. Familiarize herself with the LLA Bylaws.
  6. Maintain an accurate record of expenses and submit a reimbursement with receipts attached and signed as directed.
  7. Perform other duties applicable to the office as prescribed by the parliamentary authority adopted by the Association.
