From the stunning auditorium to the elegant stained-glass windows, the historic Ladies’ Library Association of Kalamazoo is the ideal backdrop for your event.
The building is available for rental between 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Not available for rentals in January, February, July and December.
Client must obtain liability insurance for the event.
Maximum capacity is 70 people
Minimum of 2 hour rental required
- $300 for the first 2 hours
- $125 per hour after the first two hours
Food & Beverage
Food must be fully catered by a licensed caterer approved by the LLA.
Alcohol (wine, beer, and up to two signature cocktails) is permitted. Alcohol must be obtained by the Client through a licensed and insured provider and served at the event by a licensed and insured provider.
