The Ladies Library building is not available for rental events during July and December of 2022 and January, February, July and December of 2023.
Event Rental Guidelines
For events 50 or greater we will direct you to our preferred caterers or the caterer of your choice.
For events less than 50 people, you have the option to utilize the professionally trained LLA catering team.
Wine, beer, and up to two signature cocktails is permitted; alcohol must be obtained by the client through a licensed and insured provider, and served
at the reception by a licensed and insured provider.
Maximum capacity is 70 people
Minimum of 2 hour rental required
- $300 for the first 2 hours
- $125 per hour after the first two hours
Add ons:
- White chairs – $3.00 each
- LLA China, flatware & stemware – $5.50 per place setting
- Stemware for bar service only $100.00 flat fee
- The building is available for rental
